We ship Monday
through Thursday by 1:00 pm Pacific Time. Most
shipments arrive within 2 - 3 days. Next day shipping will incur
additional charges and may be arranged by contacting us at (805)
481-1488 or by e-mail.

continental US shipped
USPS Ground or Priority:
One or two items - $5.95 shipping & handling (including insurance)
Three or four items: $8.95 shipping
& handling (including insurance)
Five to ten items:
$12.95 shipping
& handling (including insurance)
Outside
US will incur additional shipping charges.
Returns Policy
To return merchandise,
authorization is required. To obtain authorization, all returned
merchandise must be in its original packaging and in resalable
condition with all manuals. We accept returned merchandise within
seven days of the date you receive the order. Returns or exchanges
between 8 - 30 days may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. You
are responsible for return shipping costs. Refund is issued after
we receive and inspect the product. Refund time is 2-4 weeks after
factory receives product.
Warranty
Your
purchase is guaranteed free of manufacturer's defects for up to
12 months. For the first 30 days from date of purchase, your product
will either be replaced, or your money refunded as long as you
return merchandise in original packaging in resalable condition.
After 30 days, you can receive a replacement for manufacturer's
defects. Please take care of your product, because the warranty
does not cover accidents or excessive wear.
